People have sexual intercourse because they enjoy the sexual stimulation and the physical and emotional feelings.  Anal intercourse happens when a penis is inserted into the anus of a man or woman.  

Anal intercourse can spread STIs, but does not lead to pregnancy.  If you are having anal intercourse, respect your body and your partner's by using a male condom so you don't get an STI (or pass one on to your partner).

Using a condom correctly prevents STIs from spreading between partners.  It is also a good idea to use water-based lubricants such as Astroglide© and K-Y© to help stop condoms from breaking, especially when having anal intercourse.
